We are highly concerned about the safety of our employees. We are attentive in recognising harmful activities and are not hesitant to speak out - to stop, fix, verify, and continue - because we know we have the Company's complete backing. We are extremely disciplined when it comes to establishing, implementing, and following to safety systems and procedures, and we hold ourselves and one another accountable for this. Every day, we strive for zero harm in our employment, families, and communities. We never make safety a priority.
We adhere to the highest ethical standards. We tell the truth, stand up for what we believe is right, and defend those who have the bravery to do so. We accurately publish facts and data, keep confidential information private, and refuse to cover up or turn a blind eye to unethical behaviour. We utilise the Code of Conduct to guide us, but if we are unsure, we ask. We always behave in the best interests of our company.
