Addressing Information Requests

Vendors that have passed the pre-qualification stage and are eligible for market engagement might, based on the above criteria, receive:

An Invitation for Information (RFI),
Quotation Request (RFQ),
Proposal Request (RFP),
Interest Expression (EOI), or
Tendering Request (RFT).

These information requests are commonly grouped under the term ‘RFx’. For each type, it's vital for the recipients to provide the necessary details by the specified deadline to stay in the evaluation round.
