Suppliers are expected to respect human rights, to be devoted to the rights, dignity, and freedom of everyone, to support the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and to maintain a workplace free of all forms of discrimination and harassment.
conflicts of interest
Suppliers must declare any circumstance or relationship that creates a real, possible, or perceived conflict of interest in their dealings with Golden Mine Projects, and they must avoid personal or business relationships that may jeopardise their ability to perform their duties.
Political activity and government interaction
Suppliers' political action must explicitly state that it does not reflect Golden Mine Projects in any manner, regardless of their affiliation with Golden Mine Projects or its operations. Suppliers must not meet with Government authorities (including regulators or government departments) on Golden Mine Projects-related business without the presence of Golden Mine Projects workers, who must record the conversation.
Accurate and complete record keeping
Suppliers must keep accurate, comprehensive, and honest records of all transactions with Golden Mine Projects. Any payment error must be reported as soon as possible. We have a zero tolerance policy for fraud. Factual misrepresentation can never be justified or excused.
