Code of Conduct

Golden Mine Projects is devoted to conducting business in a fair and ethical manner in order to build a socially and ecologically responsible corporate culture. This is accomplished by living the Golden Mine Projects Group's fundamental values, adhering to our Code of Conduct, and collaborating with suppliers and contractors who share and support these values and standards.

Working with third parties

We understand that when we hire third parties, they become an extension of our company. As a result, we require suppliers to adhere and follow our Values and Code of Conduct, as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Gifts and hospitality

Suppliers must not present or accept any gifts or hospitality that could jeopardise or be perceived as jeopardising the professionalism or impartiality of Golden Mine Projects workers. Under no circumstances may any Golden Mine Projects personnel receive monetary payments, discounts, or vouchers.

Confidential information

Suppliers are obligated to keep all information obtained through their engagement with Golden Mine Projects secret. This includes, but is not limited to, information on Golden Mine Projects that is not in the public domain. This includes publishing statements or posting material/pictures about Golden Mine Projects on social media without the prior written approval of Golden Mine Projects.

Preventing and eliminating bribery and corruption

Suppliers must comply with all laws and regulations that prohibit bribery and corruption. Suppliers are not permitted to solicit, offer or promise a bribe, kick-back or any other improper payment or benefit, including facilitation payments, whether acting on its own behalf or on behalf of Golden Mine Projects.

Insider trading

It is prohibited to trade in shares or securities based on material nonpublic knowledge, or to provide that information to others. Any transactions by a supplier in Golden Mine Projects' shares or securities must conform with all applicable laws and stock exchange rules.

Human rights

Suppliers are expected to respect human rights, to be devoted to the rights, dignity, and freedom of everyone, to support the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and to maintain a workplace free of all forms of discrimination and harassment.

conflicts of interest

Suppliers must declare any circumstance or relationship that creates a real, possible, or perceived conflict of interest in their dealings with Golden Mine Projects, and they must avoid personal or business relationships that may jeopardise their ability to perform their duties.

Political activity and government interaction

Suppliers' political action must explicitly state that it does not reflect Golden Mine Projects in any manner, regardless of their affiliation with Golden Mine Projects or its operations. Suppliers must not meet with Government authorities (including regulators or government departments) on Golden Mine Projects-related business without the presence of Golden Mine Projects workers, who must record the conversation.

Accurate and complete record keeping

Suppliers must keep accurate, comprehensive, and honest records of all transactions with Golden Mine Projects. Any payment error must be reported as soon as possible. We have a zero tolerance policy for fraud. Factual misrepresentation can never be justified or excused.
